A recent national report corroborates the value of MESDA's proposal to create the Software Testing and Usability Design Lab:
"However some functions will continue to be best done onshore. Included in this group are many customer facing applications and development management (ADM) functions (requirements definition, user acceptance testing, test script generation), functions where complex, high touch and/or continuous interaction with users is necessary (project, program and relationship management), jobs requiring security clearances and many others."
