May 29, 2013 - Portland, Maine – The Casco Bay Technology Hub (CBTH) recently announced new coworking options and promotional pricing for its new Business Innovation Center (BIC) in Portland. The CBTH’s Business Innovation Center creates affordable offices for entrepreneurs and individuals, and will help to nurture the development of an innovative tech culture within Portland. The Casco Bay Tech Hub is a Maine-based organization that seeks to support and unite the local entrepreneurial and technology community and spur innovation and business growth in Maine.


Starting in June, the Business Innovation Center is offering one free month and discounted rates of $350.00/month for their private, lockable workspaces. A three month or longer commitment is required to qualify. The BIC also has new additional coworking options including daily office rates at $35.00/day, multi-day packages, hourly conference room rentals for $25.00/hour and business event space rentals.


All of the shared office space options in the BIC include all utilities, like high speed internet thanks to Time Warner Cable Business Class. The idea is to make a high growth work environment easily attainable for entrepreneurs, remote teams and freelancers. Tenants are able to take advantage of the community conference room, kitchen, phone room, lounge, event area and all of the internal and public events and workshops.
