Terms of Membership
Membership entitles one to vote for board members, to participate in MESDA
activities at reduced rates, to serve on MESDA committees, to run for election
to the Board of Directors, to receive a free membership directory that will be
produced during your membership period, to receive other useful publications,
and discounts to all MESDA meetings that you choose to attend.
Types of Membership
Each type of member gets one vote per membership regardless of its type and
the number of people covered by the membership.
- Industry: an IT/software firm with a presence in Maine;
- Affiliate: an individual or organization with an interest
in supporting IT/software development in Maine;
- Out-of-State Organization: a IT/software developer or
affiliate without employees in Maine.
Membership Dues
Dues cover a period of one year and are based on the number of employees,
involved directly or indirectly with IT/software in the member organization.
