MESDA is a private, non-profit member organization connecting technology-intensive, associated companies and educational facilities. MESDA is the voice of the technology industry in the State of Maine. Sponsorship opportunities are offered for each of MESDA’s networks, program series, conferences, award celebrations and social networking events. MESDA User Groups present programs targeted specifically to the opportunities and challenges facing a particular segment of the technology community. Current groups in the MESDA Users Groups network: Database; Oracle; InfoSecurity; Open Source; .NET; Project Leadership; Ruby; User Experience; Java; Web Designers; Software Testing/QA; and Network and Systems Administrators.

MESDA Social Networking Events

Each month, MESDA and a Host Company, invite Maine's technology community to purely social events. These events are structured for technology professionals to meet and network in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
HOST
Receive your name and web address displayed on the MESDA web site and on MESDA emails sent out the month prior to the event. MESDA and the host announce the winners of the Door Prizes and have additional time for a 1-2 minute “commercial” introduction. The host contributes a facility, hors d’oeuvres, exhibit tables and an open bar of beer, wine & soft drinks and ice, cups and paper goods.
