Room set-up: Due to scheduling needs and room capacities, we are unable to accomodate special setup needs. Rooms (except keynote sessions) will be set theater style (chairs only).

Handouts: All presenters must provide a minimum of 75 copies of handouts at their presentations. Specific information on expected audience sizes will be available about 1 week before the event. We hope to post presentations to our Website after the conclusion of the event. Please let us know if you will have materials available for this option.
