Sam Conlogue is a Maine native and co-founder of the new media firm Infusion Studios, Inc. After earning his Bachelors in Film Scoring from Boston’s Berklee College of Music in 1998 Sam ventured out to Los Angeles and began working in music technology and audio production for prominent TV composers such as Jonathan Wolf (Will & Grace) and Alf Clausen (The Simpson’s). During his time in L.A. he was exposed to the technology and talent in the animation and special FX industries inspiring Sam to shift gears and seek out a career in 3D Graphics.
Soon discovering careers in 3D aren’t found but rather created from the ground up. Sam paid his dues working for the IT industry back in Portland as he trained himself in 3D modeling and animation. His 3D Career officially began when he took on his first architectural visualization project in 2000 and has been hooked ever since. In the following years he has provided his 3D skills to a wide variety of industries. From Mobile Marketing to Video Production Sam has helped his clients turn their ideas into reality. Founding Infusion Studios, Inc. in early 2002 with Web designer Russ Sprague has allowed Sam to increase his skills and clientele while working to expand the 3D Industry in Maine.
Some notable projects recently completed include conceptual visualizations for world renowned sculptor Jonathan Borofsky and technical modeling for Sputnik Interactive’s work on this season of the History Channels “Deep Sea Detectives”. Not so recently completed but worthy of note is Infusion Studios take on the “Matrix Reloaded” which was produced for MESDA’s Annual Geeks in Black awards show 2003. Michael Farnsworth is a Senior Systems Analyst and Manager at Standard I-O Inc. He is Microsoft Certified Professional. Michael graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also held a Nuclear Reactor Operator License and Senior Reactor Operator Certification at Maine Yankee. Michael is the chief architect of the application programmer’s interface and middleware for Parco Merged Media’s RFID technologies. Parco’s Real Time Location System uses active RFID tags which conform to the pending IEEE 802.15.4 RFID Standard for ultra-wideband active RFID. Like GPS, UWB was developed by the military, and has found its way into the commercial arena. The Federal Communication Commission approved ultra-wideband for use as RFID tag technology in February 2002; and granted Parco a license to operate its radios in July 2003. Parco was the first UWB RFID approved for commercial resale.

Fletcher Kittredge, CEO - Kittredge worked from 1984 to 1993 at Bolt Beranek and Newman as an engineer for BBN's communications and software development subsidiaries. BBN was the original implementer of the Internet networking protocols. BBN merged with GTEI, which later merged with Bell Atlantic to become Verizon. Kittredge left BBN in 1993 and founded Biddeford Internet Corporation d/b/a Great Works Internet (GWI) in 1994.
In the last ten years, GWI as grown to a $12 million dollar a year company with over 80 employees. In 2003 and 2004, GWI was named to the Inc Magazine's "Inc 500" list of the nation's fastest growing privately held companies, the only Maine company to make the list in those two years.

Mark L. Alan Lishness serves as Chief Innovation Officer for the Gulf of Maine Research Institute (GMRI). Shortly after Ron founded DIGIART where he started out using Photoshop and other art programs to create photo manipulations. Doug started his career in the retail grocery stores of Hannaford Bros. Co. as a "bag-boy" and worked up to Store Manager. As computers became more available in the retail grocery sector, Doug's interest in computers kept him involved in testing new computers and applications in whatever store he was working in. An opportunity in 1987 to go 'inside' for a project to review the possibilities of using computers to automatically order groceries brought him to the IT department. Since then, he has served in a number of roles related to implementation and support of retail automation technology amongst the retail stores and corporate and distribution centers.
Today, Doug's role as Manager - Systems Services has expanded to a global level. He is responsible for all computing platforms within the Hannaford enterprise, from the smallest blackberry or handheld computer, up through the laptops and desktops, intel servers, midrange, and mainframes. With the purchase of Hannaford by Delhaize, a Belgium based company, that responsibility has expanded to now include a Center of Excellence for UNIX for all banners within the organization world wide. Doug also participates on the OSDL Customer Advisory Council, a group of companies which serve to help guide the future direction of Linux and it's utilization within large corporations.
A very active current project for Doug and his group, is the displacement of over 350 windows- and AIX-based retail servers with a Linux architecture. The SLIM project, standing for Synchronized Lightweight Infrastructure Management, is intended to reduce the number of servers at retail, focusing on Linux as the platform of choice. Additionally, Doug's staff recently moved all of Hannaford's Web Services to Linux as a combination of Intel and mainframe based solutions.
